Training & Implementation Specialist (60-70% travel)

SUMMARY

The Training & Implementation Specialist is responsible for successful new client site implementation and internal team training. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, technology savvy and possess the ability to train the internal team, Additionally, he or she will be a strong team player with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative with discretion and judgment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and support our proprietary software and solutions. In addition, troubleshoot, identify and correct issues.
  • Responsible for project management and implementation of client customized programs.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all employees are effectively onboarded into the organization and participate in relevant development and course offerings.
  • Create, modify, develop and keep system documentation updated.
  • Accountable for internal employee development and training to ensure service offerings and corporate SOP’s are developed, executed and aligned with Acro’s vision, organizational needs and goals.
  • Works with team members to align offerings to an overall roadmap for employee onboarding, development and success.
  • Provide technical support and guidance as well as training on systems and processes to internal users and administrative support personnel.
  • Successfully build and maintain strong client and internal team relationships, including communications, supporting and enhancing training initiatives.
  • Assist with establishing and implementing policies and operating procedures.
  • Provides technical support internally and for clients.
  • Establish a recruiting plan to support the client implementation and on-going staffing requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Experience

  • 2+ years related training and project management

Skills

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to effectively communicate with all types of people, which includes listening and understanding, as well as conveying ideas and opinions in writing
  • Logical and critical thinking skills are required to apply attainable solutions and consult on business challenges
  • Demonstrated time-management skills, ability to multi-task, and detail oriented
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Understands the importance of client confidentiality and maintaining the integrity of data

Travel

  • Up to 60-75% travel

Skills

  • Curiosity to learn and become an expert on multiple platforms
  • Previous manufacturing & logistics recruiting experience preferred
