MSP Program Coordinator (Chicago, IL)


The MSP Program Coordinator is responsible for working directly with client users to assist them in obtaining temporary personnel, and consulting services through the associate vendor network and assuring the program is operating within the guidelines outlined in program design and are in compliance with all state and federal laws associated with employment.


  • ·Field day-to-day customer inquiries via phone and/or email for the Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Enter new users into Vendor Management System (VMS) and send out user profiles.
  • Explain how the program works to new clients as they are secured.
  • Answer any and all questions regarding the program and how it operates.
  • Create new client departments / divisions in VMS.
  • Assist clients with setting up interviews in VMS as needed.
  • Monitor all business activity within the VMS including interviews to make sure they have been accepted and confirmed.
  • Data entry all information regarding CLP attendance and notify the client.
  • Walk CLP through XRM issues in entering time and expenses.
  • Train new vendors on submitting resumes, time keeping and other standard staffing/recruitment operating procedures.
  • Enter corrections of emails and user ids.
  • Review and correct requests for payroll service candidates. Send the requests after reviewing them to the onboarding team to process.
  • Enter new requisitions as required by client request.
  • Give quotes of pricing for different skill sets when requested by various client representatives.
  • Train client on how to enter their Reqs and send them for Approval.
  • Broadcast IT requisitions to the respective vendor support network.
  • Review IT resumes and rank them as to the degree of candidate fit to the respective requisition requirements.
  • Process the IT requisitions in VMS.
  • Audit Purchase Orders to ensure they match the bill rates and terms of the specific requisition.



  • Bachelor’s degree, or additional years of experience may serve in place of a degree


  • 1-2 years of experience of Recruiting


  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to effectively develop good relationships with associate vendors, customers, employees, and managers.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employee’s and client staff and handle all aspects of a large customer base.
  • Ability to respond effectively to employees, customers, and the associate vendor network with excellent customer service skills to produce positive outcomes.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain confidential in all phases of the hiring process and throughout the duration of work assignments and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Must have an understanding of the candidate recruitment process and resume evaluation for a number of various job categories which may include technical, IT, professional, industrial and other categories required by the specific client.
  • Ability to create reports for client review, multi-tasking and exceptional communication skills to any level of employee within the client or associate vendor network. Negotiations skills are an important aspect of this position.
  • Strong customer service and related acumen.



  • Prior staffing industry experience in IT and technical divisions as a recruiter or on site representative is desirable.
  • Prior program management within the arena of IT recruiting


  • Frequently sits, walks, and stands.
  • May be required to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.


  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment.
  • The noise level in the work area is usually low.
