MSP Account Manager (Maumee, OH)

SUMMARY

Reporting to the MSP Program Manager, the MSP Account Manager is the primary contact for all operational aspects of assigned client locations and ensures the program is compliant with all contractual requirements, including achievement of all applicable service level agreements. The Account Manager works directly with client users and supplier users as needed to assist them in obtaining or placing temporary personnel through the program, resolving issues, providing guidance, information and reports, and participating in meetings.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a point of contact for issues regarding the program and as the liaison between the client and Acro regarding day to day operation of the program.
  • Ensure high levels of customer and supplier satisfaction with Acro and the program.
  • Engage Acro corporate support resources as needed to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely and effective identification, response and resolution of program issues such as contract employee issues and time capture and approval issues.
  • Frequently collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure all needs at client locations are met and exceeded.
  • Complete administrative duties such as time capture, reporting, and VMS compliance.
  • Escalate operational concerns and issues to the MSP Program Manager as necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in the staffing, or a related, industry.

Skills

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively develop good relationships with customers, employees, and managers.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employee’s and client staff and handle a large customer base.
  • Ability to respond effectively to employees, customers, and management with excellent customer service skills to produce positive outcomes.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have an understanding of the candidate recruitment process and resume evaluation.
  • Ability to create reports for client review.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Prior experience working as a recruiter for temporary labor in office/administrative, professional and/or light industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a sales or sales support role is preferred.

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or field related to position is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Frequently sits, walks, and stands.
  • May be required to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This is a remote position which will require travel to client locations across the United States.
    • Travel requirement is approximately 25-40% of position; all expected travel will be within driving distance of employee home location.
