Director of Program Solutions, MSP (Staffing)

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Executive VP of Operations, the Director of Program Solutions will direct Acro’s Staffing Operations for the assigned multi-site account.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

New Account Implementation

  • Fully document current state process.
  • Determine process and technology alignment.
  • Facilitate key stakeholders Involvement.
  • Develop future state plan that meets all customer and contract specifications.
  • Provide accounting with complete invoicing and timekeeping detail.
  • Determine Interfaces required to achieve data transfer.

XRM (Acro’s proprietary workforce management system)

  • Promote XRM usage across all sites
  • Complete configuration workbook.
  • Review configuration decisions with customer.
  • Review configuration decisions with XRM development team.
  • Make ongoing recommendations as to needed revisions.

Third Party Vendor Management System (VMS)

  • Coordinate with technology provider to ensure a thorough understanding of the technology requirements.
  • Document future state process in conjunction with technology provider
  • Conduct discovery and configuration sessions related to interfaces & invoicing decisions.

Associate Vendors

  • Conduct regular meetings with Associate Vendor(s) (AV).
  • Set-up world-class scorecards and reporting.
  • If applicable, rationalize supplier base as needed to cut poor performers.
  • Conduct quarterly surveys to assess the satisfaction of each Associate Supplier by sending a questionnaire to each.

Process and Procedure

  • Develop uniform process and procedure for the department
  • Develop a hierarchy of approvals for task completion.
  • Document the individual process flow for the account.
  • Incorporate employee relations and Acro employee sign-ups into the process.
  • Communicate to effected Acro departments any changes that may be of impact.

On–Site Management

  • Manage all on-site personnel helping them to develop all necessary skills.
  • Conduct regular training for on-site team members.
  • Ensure that the customer is satisfied with day-to-day performance.
  • Set-up individual procedures per account.
  • Manage all customer quarterly meetings.
  • Insure that all employee relations functions are being followed.
  • Ensure that all Acro on-site staff provide as much user feedback as possible to facilitate placements especially those submitted by Acro.

Acro Staffing Expectations

  • Fill rates for all shifts will yield totals acceptable to the customer.
  • Ensure that Acro maximizes all payroll service activity.
  • Make Acro staffing aware of any direct placement, manufacturing or SOW needs that can be developed.

Data Analytics

  • Develop industry benchmark data that will be useful for comparisons.
  • Compare Acro’s wage rates for assigned personnel working at our major customer locations with the prevailing wage rates for the same city to objectively determine if an increase or decrease should be recommended to customers.
  • Determine trends that may impact all or certain geographic areas such as: skill sets in short supply, patterns of talent migration, industry trends and new laws that may impact temporary workers and employers.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Conduct quarterly surveys to assess the satisfaction of each plant by sending a questionnaire to each using managers.
  • Revise and edit the customer satisfaction survey as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Other duties as may be assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelors degree is required

Experience

  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in the Staffing Industry.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience directing MSP operations and managing a team in a multi-site enironment.

Skills

  • Able to effectively communicate with all types of people, which include listening and understanding, as well as, conveying ideas and opinions in writing.
  • Able to develop good relationships with various types of people.
  • Able to handle conflict well.
  • Proficient computer skills; especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Masters of Business Administration

Experience

  • Experience as a Director of MSP and/or Manufacturing Operations.

Skills

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Frequently sits, walks, and stands.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% (domestically)
  • May be required to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
